Genesis 13:14-18. Genesis 12:1-3

The calling of God to greatness.

Every one of us is called unto greatness in a special way.

We are not the same, but we realize greatness in different ways.

For you to realize your greatness the following principles are the key:

Obedience [Ch. 12:1-].

Obedience to God is the key to his blessing. Our breakthrough is tied with a wrap-paper called obedience. Isaiah 1:19, Deuteronomy 28:1. Obedience is an act of faith.

Separation [vs. 14] –

Unless you be separated from mediocre, fearful, shortsighted, immoral people. Many people will never get to the place where God wants them to be because of who they walk with.

Note: your company tells who you are. ‘’bad company corrupts good morals’’.

See –vision [vs14b-15] -

For you to get anything from God you have to see it.

Before Abraham became the father of nations God took him out to see the stars. Genesis 15:5.

Without vision people perish ‘’live carelessly’’. Proverbs 29:18.

Don’t just look start seeing.

Note: ‘’what God has to show us is definitely better and more desirable than anything the world has to offer our view.’’

Arise; walk through the land [taking steps/actions of faith] vs. 17. Start where you are: read a book take a course, start saving, writes the song, start that business.

God told Moses move forward.

Do something that pushes you towards your vision.

Maintain a relationship with God [he built an altar] vs. 18- remember God is the master planner of your destiny. Trust God to propel you to your greatness.

Develop an intimate relationship with God.

We are all called to greatness in a special way. Take your position and see what God can do.
