The Great Commission

In addition to God's care on our lives, we are obliged to seek His kingdom.
Obedience to GOD is a calling to every Christian.
We should preach the Good news to others not because we know them but because of the Love of Christ in us.
Them that pioneered in spreading the Gospel, left their comfort zone to pursue the task
Emmanuel: God with you, in your needs, in your health and in all your daily activities.
Just obey the commands; He will do the rest.
Wherever you are be a man/woman of God.
Be a great commissioner of the gospel. Do it in God's wisdom

We are called to go and declare the kindness of God to all nations.

All who are chosen by God should partake in the great commission

As we go, we need the power of God, we need the Holy spirit

The Holy spirit gives direction and guidance.

The mission Strategy

The Holy Spirit guides and directs where to go.
There must be a person who is ready to be sent
There must be a sender, The sender is the church. The church facilitates the missioner
The missioner should understand the culture and traditions of the mission field.
This will help in getting strategies to bond with the community therein.
You have to respect and understand their ways of life

The five ministries were given for the equipping of the believers.

The process of equipping requires structures with strategies. This is why we have different departments with leaders within the church.

Each one of us ought to understand what God requires from us. Each has a different role from the other.

We must understand the audience we are preaching to.

This forms part of equipment for far reaching results.

If you want to get the attention of the subjects, understand and identify with them.

Show love to those people, and they will listen.

Learn and associate with the needy. Be there for them for that constitutes Christianity.
Facilitate the mission work through prayers and resources.
As we send the missioners, our resources will help the needy in those areas.
As missioners, be eager to remember and do good to the poor.

This way we touch their lives through prayers and our resources.

THE GREAT COMMISSION

Be diligent in doing good to others, whatever you do to the needy, you are doing it to God.
